We require full payment at time of treatment unless an agreement to deal directly with PetPlan insurance has been made. We accept most credit and debit cards as well as cash or cheque with a valid cheque guarantee card. A 5% surcharge wil be made on all outstanding accounts not paid at time of treatment. Any delays of more than seven days will incur further charges and will be passed directly to a debt collection agency.

If your pet requires ongoing treatment, you can request repeat prescriptions by giving us 24 hours' notice. To comply with legal requirements we can only supply repeat prescriptions if we have seen the pet for that condition within the past six months. Your vet will advise you how often we need to see your pet in order to monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
